Empowering lives beyond the orphanage — six programs working together to support children and families in Bawjiase.
Education
At United Hearts Foundation International School, we believe education is one of the greatest gifts we can give a child. We provide free and subsidized education, making it possible for children who might otherwise never step into a classroom to receive the academic foundation they deserve. Every donation helps cover tuition, books, uniforms, and other essential resources.
Clean Water
Access to clean and safe drinking water remains one of the greatest challenges for many families in Awutu Bawjiase and surrounding communities. Our Clean Water Project produces and distributes affordable sachet water, improving public health while creating a sustainable source of income for the orphanage.
Women's Empowerment
We believe empowering women creates stronger families and more resilient communities. Through seed funding, mentorship, and training, we help women start or expand small-scale businesses — from tailoring and hairdressing to farming and food production — achieving financial independence for themselves and their children.

Family Emergency Support
Illness, unexpected medical bills, sudden loss of income, or the inability to pay school fees can push a vulnerable family into crisis. Our Emergency Family Support program steps in to cover urgent needs such as medical expenses, school fees, and food supplies, helping families weather hardship with dignity.
Vocational Skills Training
Not every young person has the opportunity to pursue formal education. Our Vocational Training Programs equip youth with practical, hands-on skills — tailoring, hairdressing, carpentry, and other crafts — so they can become self-reliant, confident, and productive members of society.
Agriculture
Our Agricultural & Farming Program integrates livestock and crop farming to provide food, skills, and sustainability. Raising goats and sheep and cultivating staple crops like yams, cassava, and maize reduces our reliance on external donations and gives children hands-on lessons in responsibility and self-reliance.
